I am fully responsible for my own driving, including compliance with NZ road rules, vehicle safety, and insurance. The Platform is not responsible for accidents, infringements, damage, or injury. My vehicle is roadworthy, holds a current WOF and registration, and I maintain appropriate insurance cover. The Platform does not insure items I carry and is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to goods. The Platform is a facilitator only. We do not provide dispute resolution, mediation, or intervention in delivery issues. I understand the Platform charges a 9.5% commission fee, deducted from each payout I receive.
